A 60th birthday gift — three generations in one frame

A good shared gift from brothers and sisters is one frame: mum or dad in the middle, each of the children with their own family alongside, and between the adults the grandchildren — shorter than them thanks to their shorter legs. The dog or the cat can join the family too, and the background has room for names, the date of the party and a photo of the garden plot or the house where everyone gets together.

Around sixty, there is finally time for the things that waited in line for years. Someone who has signed up for a painting course gets a brush and palette in hand, someone returning to the guitar of their youth gets a guitar, and someone planning their first long-distance trip gets a suitcase or a backpack. A flower suits a keen gardener, a book suits a bookworm. There is room, too, for the dog that comes along on walks: we paint the pet figure by hand to match its coat.

A 60th birthday at work is often one of the last before retirement, so a gift from the team becomes a keepsake straight away. In the frame, the birthday person stands among the people they have worked with for years, with the signatures of the whole department on the background. In a team of just a few people, a single figure of the birthday person with a dedication from everyone on the stand works better. We have collected ideas for the farewell itself on the page retirement gift, and for other occasions at work on the page gift for a colleague.

The inscription on the stand should be short — a line or two: “Young at heart for 60 years”, “Sixty? Just the warm-up” or simply a name and a date. From the grandchildren, “To our Grandma — Sophie, Stan and Hannah” is enough. Family statistics such as “60 years, three children, five grandchildren” and longer wishes are better printed on the frame background.

The photo can come from social media or from a company or family event — the hairstyle, hair colour and general style are enough. Only the person ordering sees the design, and we can ship the gift straight to the recipient in gift packaging.

We send the design preview for approval, and once you say “yes”, we usually ship the order the next business day. Delivery takes 1–3 business days within Poland and 2–6 business days to the EU (other countries: cost confirmed before dispatch), and if the date is close, there's a paid “Express shipping” option in the cart.
