Kloniko is an independent brand. We are not an authorised LEGO reseller, distributor or partner. LEGO® and Minifigure are trademarks of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorise or endorse this website or the business conducted through it.

Kloniko's own products are not LEGO® products. The LEGO Group is not liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from the use or misuse of Kloniko's own products.

A separate category is genuine LEGO® elements sold individually — reselling them unmodified is lawful and does not imply any affiliation with the LEGO Group. See section 3.

3. Product categories and manufacturers

The store offers two categories of products with different manufacturers:

a) Kloniko's own products — personalised figures, frames, printed tiles and stands, blocks and made-to-order sets. They are the result of independent personalisation or modification. The manufacturer is KASTOMIKO Sp. z o.o., ul. Poznańska 55 lok. 31, 05-850 Jawczyce, Poland, support@kloniko.store, +48 573 458 877. These products are not LEGO® products.

b) Genuine LEGO® elements sold individually — new and unmodified. The manufacturer is LEGO System A/S, Aastvej 1, 7190 Billund, Denmark. The responsible person in the European Union within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2023/988 is LEGO POLSKA Sp. z o.o., ul. Wołoska 22A, 02-675 Warsaw, Poland, hello@support.lego.com. KASTOMIKO Sp. z o.o. acts solely as a distributor.

The manufacturer applicable to a specific product is stated on that product's page, in the "Safety and manufacturer information" block.

4. Third-party brands and trademarks

Any references to third-party brands, characters or trademarks are used for descriptive (informational) purposes only and do not imply partnership, sponsorship or endorsement by the rights holders.

Custom orders containing third-party logos or trademarks may be restricted or refused in accordance with intellectual property law and/or our internal content policy.

5. Safety and use

Our products contain small parts and are intended for persons aged 14 and over as collectors' items. They must not be made available to children under three years of age — choking hazard.

The seller is not liable for the consequences of using the products contrary to their intended purpose and in disregard of the stated warnings.

6. Limitation of liability

The website owner is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage that may arise from the use of this website or the information published on it.

This provision does not limit liability where such limitation is expressly prohibited by applicable Polish law, and in particular does not limit consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law.

All materials published on this website (including texts, photographs, videos, graphics, designs and other elements) are the property of Kloniko or are used under appropriate rights. Copying, reproduction or use of the materials without prior written consent is prohibited, except in cases expressly provided for by law.
