Shipping policy

1.1. We deliver within Poland, to European Union countries, to Ukraine and to other countries.

1.2. Orders are dispatched once payment has been received and the order has been completed (including product personalisation).

1.3. We aim to dispatch orders placed on business days the next day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or public holidays are dispatched on the first business day.

1.4. During peak periods (Black Friday, holidays, seasonal promotions) processing and delivery times may be longer. We do our best to get your parcels to you as quickly as possible.

1.5. The "Express dispatch" option (available in the cart, paid — the price depends on the order value and is shown before payment) provides priority processing: your order is made first, today or on the next business day. The option concerns the order processing time; the carrier's delivery time remains unchanged.

6. Receiving the parcel

6.1. For courier delivery, please check the condition of the parcel in the courier's presence. If the packaging shows visible damage, we recommend:

  • drawing up a damage report with the courier,
  • taking photos / video of the damaged packaging and goods,
  • contacting us immediately.

6.2. For collection from an InPost parcel locker — please check the condition of the parcel immediately after collection and document any damage (photos / video).

The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery of the parcel (handover of the goods to the customer or a person designated by them).

8. Delivery problems

8.2. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier or by the customer providing incorrect address details.
