A gift for a brother or sister — a figure from your photo

When there are three, four or more of you, the best choice is a frame in which you stand side by side — from the oldest to the youngest, each with their own hairstyle and something in hand. The background can show your surname, your first names or the name of the place where you grew up. A frame like this is also given to parents from all the children — see the family frame with figures.

The older brother who taught you your first chords gets a guitar in his hand. The younger one who was forever hogging the console — a game controller and headphones. The one who won every backyard competition — a trophy or a barbell, and the family's “IT guy for everything” — a laptop. We carry the beard, glasses and favourite hoodie over from the photo.

The sister who used to read under the duvet gets a book in her hand. The one who photographs every family dinner — a camera. The one who paints — a brush and palette, and the one you can't drag off the court — a tennis racket. Add a handbag or a cup of coffee. We match the hairstyle to the photo, and you'll see her favourite dress or jumper in the design preview — before we assemble anything.

A gift from a sibling doesn't have to be serious. Two figures — you and him, or you and her — look great in a small frame with the caption “Brother and sister”. Another idea is a keychain: the same figure with a carabiner clip, which your brother will clip to his keys and your sister to her backpack. You choose it when ordering the set with a figure.

The best inscriptions are the ones that need no explaining at the family table: “Mum's favourite”, “Older, but not wiser”, “Best sister (the only one I've got)”, “The remote was mine”, or a nickname nobody outside the house knows. The stand under the figure fits one or two short lines; save the longer childhood story for the frame background.

For your brother's or sister's 30th birthday — and any other milestone one — we print the age on the stand in large numerals; have a look at the milestone anniversary gift page too. A wedding gift for your brother or sister? A frame with figures of the newlyweds, their names and the date. And for a name day, St Nicholas' Day (6 December) or a house move, all it takes is a different inscription and a different item in hand.

We send the design preview for approval, and once you say “yes”, we usually ship the order the next business day. Delivery takes 1–3 business days within Poland and 2–6 business days to the EU (other countries: cost confirmed before dispatch), and if the date is close, there's a paid “Express shipping” option in the cart.
