Packaging
The frame ships in our own box: protective packaging, orange tissue paper and a card with your message.
Parcels get thrown around in transit. A figure already standing in the frame can come off its magnet and scratch the backdrop or the glass from the inside. That is why the figures travel separately, in protective packaging.
It is better this way: first you get to look at every figure up close, then in a couple of minutes you place them on the magnets exactly how you like. And you can rearrange them any time — the figures come off and go back on easily.

For personalization, some elements may be modified or supplemented by hand — for example, for better likeness, individual appearance, or unique details.
In the future, we also plan to add our own compatible elements: hairstyles, accessories, and other parts for even greater personalization.
