Wholesale configurator and PDF quote in 3 minutes
SeeQuestions about employee figures
What's the minimum order?
From one figure — there's no minimum order. Business prices apply from 20 pcs.
When do we pay?
Payment is possible once all figure design previews are approved — you see every figure first, then pay.
Can the company logo be added?
Not on the figure itself: we don't put logos or trademarks on figure elements. The logo can go on the frame background, the stand or the packaging.
How quickly will we get a quote?
Instantly: in the wholesale configurator on the corporate gifts page you'll calculate the price in 3 minutes and download a PDF quote. We'll give you the lead time together with the order confirmation — it depends on the number of figures.
We don't have good photos of everyone. What then?
A photo from a company event or a profile is usually enough. We look at the hairstyle, hair colour and style, and we show every design before production.
What is the figure made of?
We build the figures from genuine LEGO® elements and add our own printing: face, clothes, lettering. The figure is about 4 cm tall and arrives assembled, in gift packaging — ready to give straight away.
Employee figures from photos — a gift nobody will pass on
Branded gadgets with a logo end up in a drawer. An employee's figure from a photo is a gift about a specific person: their hairstyle, glasses, outfit and an attribute of their work in hand. That's why it stays on the desk, not in the cupboard.
What we recreate from the photo
Hairstyle and hair colour, glasses, beard, the colour and style of clothes, and in hand — an attribute of their work: a laptop, a mug, a book, a microphone. An ordinary photo from a phone or a company party is enough.
How ordering works
You send photos of the people and a short description: how many figures, what format, by when. We show every figure in the design preview, revisions are free and unlimited, and payment is only possible once all design previews are approved. With large orders, collecting the photos takes the most time — it's worth starting alongside agreeing the budget.
A quote without phone calls
On the corporate gifts page there's a wholesale configurator: in 3 minutes you'll calculate the price, see a 3D preview and download a PDF quote. The quote is saved as a link — you can show it straight away to your manager or the purchasing department.
Logo and company branding
We don't put logos on the figures themselves, but the company can still be visible: the logo on the frame background, the stand or the packaging, company colours in the figures' clothes, the department name or a slogan on the stand.
For which occasions
Christmas, employee birthdays and work anniversaries, onboarding new people, a thank-you after a project, a farewell — the format stays the same, only the inscription and the add-on change.
Calculate your order online
In the wholesale builder you can calculate the price in 3 minutes, see a 3D preview and download a PDF quote — no phone calls or briefs. Save the quote as a link and share it with your team.
