Cookie Policy

Last updated: 24 October 2026

This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies we use in the Kloniko online shop (kloniko.store), for what purpose, how long they are stored and how you can change your choice at any time. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. Who is responsible for cookies

The controller of data collected through cookies is KASTOMIKO sp. z o.o. (Kloniko shop), ul. Poznańska 55 lok. 31, 05-850 Jawczyce, Poland, KRS 0001244163, NIP 1182330613, e-mail: support@kloniko.store. Full details are in our Legal notice.

2. What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files saved in your browser when you visit a website. Browser storage (localStorage) and partners' pixels and tags work in a similar way. In this policy we refer to all of these technologies together as “cookies”.

3. Legal basis

  • Necessary cookies are stored without consent because they are required to provide the service you request (basket, order, payment, login, security) — Article 399(3) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law (Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej), corresponding to Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC.
  • All other cookies (statistics, marketing, functional) are stored only after you give consent in the cookie banner — Article 399(1) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent is voluntary, and not giving it does not limit your ability to shop.

4. The cookie banner and your choice

On your first visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we display a banner in which you can accept all cookies, reject them or choose categories under “Settings”. Until you make a choice, only necessary cookies are stored.

We remember your choice in the _tracking_consent cookie (Shopify) for 12 months; after that we will ask again. For evidentiary purposes (Article 7(1) GDPR), we record the following in a consent register: a random consent identifier (shown in the settings window as “Consent ID”), the selected categories, the date and time, the version of the banner texts, the country and language of the site, and the device type (phone / computer). The register does not contain your IP address, e-mail address or name. Entries are kept for 3 years.

5. How to change or withdraw consent

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time — as easily as you gave it — by clicking Cookie settings (the link is also in the footer of every page). Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was withdrawn. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings — in that case some shop features (e.g. the basket) may not work.

6. Google Consent Mode v2

We use Google's consent mode (Consent Mode v2). Until you give consent, Google tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads) run in a restricted mode: they do not store or read cookies, and advertising data is redacted. They may still send Google signals without cookie identifiers (e.g. about a page view only), which Google uses in aggregated, modelled statistics. Once you give consent, Google tags work to the full extent of the categories you selected.

7. Categories and list of cookies

The list below covers the cookies we found on the site on the date of the update. Third-party services may change the names and retention periods of their cookies — the current list is always visible in the Cookie settings window.

Necessary — always active

Needed for the basket, login, payment and site security to work. They cannot be switched off. The configurator also saves your figure or frame design in browser storage (localStorage) so that you can continue after reloading the page — this data is not sent to us until you place an order.

8. Data recipients and transfers outside the EEA

Data from cookies may be received by our providers: Shopify (shop platform), Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads), Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok and Microsoft (Clarity). Some of them also process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA — on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses. Advertising and analytics providers may also process data for their own purposes, in accordance with their privacy policies. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to have it erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence. For any matters concerning cookies, please contact us at: support@kloniko.store.

10. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the tools we use or the law change. The current version is always available on this page, and the date of the last update is shown at the top. If a change requires new consent (e.g. a new purpose or a new advertising partner), we will ask for it again in the banner.
