Privacy requests

On this page you can exercise your rights regarding the personal data processed by the Kloniko shop — without logging in, using the form below. The data controller is KASTOMIKO sp. z o.o., ul. Poznańska 55 lok. 31, 05-850 Jawczyce, Poland. Details of the processing are described in the Privacy Policy.

What rights you have

We are a company based in the European Union, so we apply the GDPR to the data of all customers — regardless of their country of residence. You may request:

• access to your data — information on what data we process, and a copy of it (e.g. account details, orders, uploaded photos),
• rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data (e.g. a wrong address, a typo in your surname),
• erasure of your data (the “right to be forgotten”) — except for data we are required by law to retain (e.g. invoices and accounting records),
• restriction of processing and data portability in a machine-readable format,
• objection to processing, including for marketing purposes,
• withdrawal of consent — e.g. to the newsletter or to the processing of photos; you can change your cookie consents yourself in Cookie settings.

If the laws of your country of residence provide for additional rights — e.g. in the USA (California and other states), Canada, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia and New Zealand, Brazil, Japan, Thailand or South Africa — please select your country in the form; we will also handle your request under those laws. We do not sell personal data. US residents can additionally opt out of sharing their data for targeted advertising on the Your privacy choices page.

How we handle requests

1. After you submit the form, your request goes to our team; its content will be shown on the screen with the date and time.
2. To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm your identity — usually a reply from the email address used for the order is enough.
3. We respond without undue delay and no later than one month after receiving the request (in complex cases this period may be extended by a further two months — we will let you know if so). We handle requests free of charge.

You can also send a request by email to support@kloniko.store or by post to the controller’s address. If you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
