With gifts for employees, the first question is rarely ‘what?’ and more often ‘how much?’. The budget is usually set before the idea — per person or for the whole team — and only then do you look for something that fits it and won’t end up in a drawer. Below we have gathered ideas at four levels — small tokens, mid-range gifts, higher budgets and premium gifts — plus, separately, solutions for whole teams. At each level we say honestly whether our figures fit into it.
This guide was written by the Kloniko team — we make figures from photos out of genuine LEGO® elements and frames with figures, so you will find our products here too, alongside general ideas. Where we mention the price of one of our products, it is as of October 2026 — current prices are always on the product page.
Before you set a budget
- The same for everyone. Gifts of different value within one team can easily be taken as an assessment. If someone is to receive more — e.g. for a work anniversary — let that follow from the occasion, not from personal liking.
- Personal beats expensive. A small item chosen for a specific person brings more joy than a pricier but impersonal gadget.
- Logistics cost money too. Wrapping, shipping to several offices and the time of the person coordinating it all are part of the budget.
- Tax. Check how employee gifts are taxed and accounted for in your country — it is worth agreeing this with your accounts department before buying.
Small tokens — small but thoughtful
At this level, quality and a good match work best, not quantity. Coffee from a local roastery, good chocolate, a potted plant, a notebook with decent paper, a travel mug or a gift card for the café next to the office. With every gift it is worth including a card with a few specific sentences of thanks — it is the cheapest element and the one that makes the biggest difference.
Our figures do not fit into this level. If you are buying for a larger team, check the business prices in the wholesale creator (we describe it below).
Mid-range — practical and with character
A book matched to their interests, a board game for team evenings, a good water bottle or vacuum flask, a tea set, cinema tickets for two, a small hamper of local products. A gift of choice also works well: several options at the same price, from which everyone picks something for themselves.
Our figures start a little above this level — see the current price on the product page.
Higher budget — this is where personal gifts begin
With a budget like this you can give something the recipient would not buy for themselves: good headphones, a restaurant voucher, a massage or a workshop — cooking, ceramics, photography. It is also the level at which gifts made specifically for that person fit in.
Our figure from a photo fits into this level — from 120 zł (prices are shown on the product page). It is a small copy of the employee: hairstyle, hair colour, glasses, outfit and something from their work in hand — a laptop, a cup of coffee, a microphone or a book. We assemble the figure from genuine LEGO® elements with our own printing; it is about 4 cm tall and arrives assembled, in gift packaging. If you are not sure where to start, take a look at the ready-made designs by profession: a programmer, an accountant, a doctor, a chef and many more. A design can be ordered as it is or adapted to the person, with the face recreated from a photo. The employee’s dog or cat can stand alongside — a pet figure can be added to the set (see the price on the product page).
We ship from Poland: delivery takes 1–3 working days within Poland and 2–6 working days elsewhere in the EU (other countries: cost confirmed before dispatch). In Poland, delivery to a parcel locker or pickup point is free above a minimum order value.
Premium — for a work anniversary, a promotion or a farewell
A higher budget usually means a special occasion: a milestone work anniversary, retirement, a farewell to someone important to the team. General ideas include a weekend in a hotel, high-end electronics, a course or a ticket to an event someone has long wanted to go to. It is also often a gift ‘from the whole team’, with several people chipping in.
This is where a frame with figures works well — see the current price on the product page. The recipient stands in it next to the team or alone, with their favourite things, and the background carries wishes and everyone’s signatures. Standard frames range from 13×18 to 40×50 cm, and the largest holds up to 50 figures — that is, a whole department. Examples: a large frame with the whole team.
When the gift is for the whole team
With several dozen people, the budget is worked out differently: what matters is the unit price, a quote for the purchasing department and who will handle the logistics. With us, business prices apply from 20 pieces, and there is no minimum order — when you are giving gifts to a few people, you order in the shop like any other customer. You can work out the price for a specific number of figures yourself: the corporate gifts page has a wholesale creator — in 3 minutes you will see the price and a 3D preview and download a PDF quote. The quote is saved as a link, so you can send it straight to the person who approves the budget.
- Payment after approval. First you see the design of every figure, and payment is possible once all the designs have been approved.
- The company logo — on the frame background, on a stand or on the packaging. We do not put logos on the figures themselves.
- The lead time is given together with the order confirmation — it depends on the number of figures. We send the finished gifts to the address you specify, e.g. to the office.
Formats for teams — a figure for everyone, a department in a frame, keyrings — are described on the what to give employees page.

Frequently asked questions
How much should I spend on a gift for an employee?
As much as the company can give everyone equally, every year. A more modest but thoughtful gift for everyone is better than an expensive one for a select few. It is worth agreeing the accounting rules with your accounts department.
Will a figure from a photo fit into a mid-range budget?
A single one — usually not: a figure from a photo starts a little above that level (the current price is always on the product page). For a team order, business prices apply from 20 pieces — the wholesale creator will show you the exact amount.
Can the company logo be on the figure?
Not on the figure itself. We place the logo on the frame background, on a stand or on the packaging; the company colours can appear in the figures’ clothes.
